We have new courses in January!

Level 0 Mondays 6:45-8:15pm starting 12/01/15
Level 1 Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm starting 08/01/15
Level 2 Tuesdays 7:30-9:00pm starting 06/01/15

***Every 6 weeks course is only 60€ when paid by 21st December***

New courses in November

Add some glitter to your life and become a bellydancer!

In November 2 belly dance courses will start: Level 1 on Tuesdays 7:30-9 pm starting on 4th of November and Complete Beginners on Thursdays 7- 8:30 pm starting on 6th of November.

Any 6 weeks course is 70€, 20 € deposit is required to book the space. For booking send an email to: isisdanceschool@gmail.com.

New 6 weeks beginners course!!!

New beginners course will start on Saturday 6th of September!! Check Schedule for more details as well as fb page :)

Details about new 6 weeks complete beginners course:

starts on 29th of March.

Program covers:

*dance posture
*hips lifts
*hips drops
*hips twists
*shoulders shimmy
*Egyptian shimmy
*snake arms
*figures eight
*interior and exterior hip circles
*chest movements
*head movements
*traveling steps
*turns
*theoretical introduction to history of belly dance and Egyptian music

Every class starts with 15min warm up (combination of cardio, yoga, pilates and classical dance sequence) and finishes with 5min cool down and gentle stretching.


Time: Classes are going to be held on Saturdays 13:30-15:00
No classes during long weekends, will be always postponed.


Investment: 70€ for the whole course. 20€ deposit is required to book the space, rest of the money can be paid on first or second class.

Place: Temple Lane Rehearsals Studios, Curved st. Temple Bar, opposite the Filmbase, the same building as the Button Factory.

Classes update

Hello!

Some updates here!:

Intermediate group starts at 7:00 now and class is 1,5hr (till 8:30)

New complete beginners 6 weeks course starts on 29th of March (Saturdays): 1:30 - 3.00. To book your space contact us via email. Deposit of 20 euro is required

Complete beginners classes are canceled at the moment. New course will be organized soon, in March. Days and hours will be changed to Saturdays, around 1pm, duration of class 1hr 30min. More details soon!

There is intermediate course going on. Any one with the knowledge of belly dance basis is welcome to join. We are working on choreography at the moment but there are references to it so it can be easily followed.

New prices!

There is a little update of the prices: Drop in is 10€ and set of 4 classes is 35€ valid for 4 weeks. But it doesn't apply to students that already paid. So don't worry, your class passes are valid for 5 weeks as when you bought them.
