Affordable Mini Bellydance Workshops 8th of October 2016

Isis Dance School is offering an afternoon with short (45min each) mini workshops regarding different moves from Bellydance reportoire.

Those workshops are beginners friendly as every move will be explained in smallest details but also will serve to anyone dancing for some time and still having a need of some help in those areas.

4:30-5:15pm - Hip circles: explanation of interior and exterior hip circles including travelling

5:30-6:15pm - Gracefull arms: how to move your arms in a beautiful way that will make your dance more alive and authentic

6:30-7:15pm - 3/4 shimmy: step by step explanation of the movement and practice, with travelling steps added if time allows ;)

Exlusive Weekend With Hadia 22-23rd of October 2016

First time in Ireland! Isis Dance School proudly presents 2 unique days of workshops with Hadia!

We are offering opportunity to learn from a true Master Teacher. Hadia is from Canada and has been dancing and exploring 

Middle Eastern dance for over 45 years. 

She has spent many years in Middle East and North Africa. Finally she has created her unique teaching method which is 

famous amoung bellydancers all around the world as a system that is very gentle to the body but at the same time brings 

progress faster then other approuches. 

Hadia is as well a physiotherapist with 25 years of experience. She apllies her huge knowledge from that field into dance 

practise what has enabled her to create safe and healthy dance system. And you can see that it works as she has been 

dancing for many years and is all the time in a great shape.

Her art and teaching skills have been highly appreciated amoung dancers. She is being called a 'Dancers Dancer' and each 

year spents many time on tours. One of her famous students is Mercedes Nieto who claims she hasn't learned as much from 

anyone else as from Hadia. Mercedes will be hosting Hadia in Budapest few weeks before our event as a beginning of Hadia's 

European tour.

The 2 days of workshops will work the best as a package as we'll start going through basics with Body Logic Technique that 

will enables you to better understand belly dance moves. If you have been strugelling to learn any movement this can be 

great opportunitty to get there. For teachers it can be a lesson of different approuch in teaching. For everyone it will 

be wonderfull warm up before going into technique, instruments exploration and improvisation on the first day.

Second day will start with interpretation of music on example of classical composition that will transform into full 

choreography. 

Whole programm is organic and progressive however it's possible to attend only one day of workshops.

In total it's 12 hours however it won't be an intensive program. You won't be exhausted. But you will learn a lot. There 

will be a time for questions and answers and everything will be explained to the smallest detail if needed. Hadia has a 

great patience for teaching and it's her true passion. Please, feel very welcome to participate regardless of your dance 

level. Everyone will benefit a lot from this program.

Music interpretation and choreography

Price:

Early bird, when booked by 10th of October:

Full package, 12hrs: 150 euro

One day, 6 hrs: 80 euro

Regular price, after 10th of October:

Full package, 12 hrs: 170 euro

One day, 6 hrs: 90 euro

Payments by installments are possible, however to secure your spot you need to pay at least 50euro deposit for full package 

and 40euro for one day workshops.
