Workshops with Juliana Torres and Ola Wawrzyniak:
5 hrs with Bellydance, Pilates, Sacred Feminine session and chatty lunch break with healthy food provided ;)Juliana will teach: "Khaleeji" - traditional folkloric dance from the Persian Gulf and Arabic Peninsula, which literally means 'gulf' in Arabic and it is danced by local woman in weddings and social events "Sacred Feminine"- a journey through dance to connect women to the main female archetypes (Maiden, Warrior, Lover, Queen, Mother, Priestess and Crone), wild inner nature, cycles and the gifts of their wombsOla will teach:"Pilates for Bellydance": a special Pilates session design for the needs of a dancer. We will work on improving our balance, posture, strengthening deep core muscles, improving flexibility in our spine, hamstrings and chest. Hips mobility and strong gluts will be addressed as well.
Pilates or yoga mats are required!
"Combinations": we will learn few Bellydance combinations that can be easily incorporated in any choreography or can be just used as an inspiration on how the movements can be "sewn" together. We will challenge our brains by dancing every combinations on each side.
Price: early booking till 10/08/15: 40€, regular price: 50€
